Fire Dragon Guest House is the first Body & Mind Adventure Centre under the Fire Dragon Brand.  Fire Dragon Coaching & Fire Dragon Adventures offers corporate training, personal development certified training, personal development holidays, diving holidays and health holidays in various locations around the world.

Fire Dragon was originally set up by Sarah Merron in 2008.  Sarah and Hassan first discovered the beauty of Sri Lanka in 2011 when they decided to make Colombo the venue for their wedding.

The Fire Dragon Body & Mind Adventure Centre was launched in February 2013 and operates both as an independent Guest House and a Residential Training Centre.  The Centre is run by Hassan Naif and his team.

Our concept is based on the idea that a guest house can feel like a home away from home.  Sarah travels extensively with her work and has stayed in and run training in hotels across Europe, The Middle East & Africa & Asia.  Sarah & Hassan wanted to provide a Guest House which provides guests with enough facilities in their room to hideaway and relax, whilst also having the option to enjoy the company of other guests over dinner or for a night out on the Negombo beach stretch.  We want lone travellers to feel as comfortable as couples and families, experiencing a balance of European-standard facilities with a dash of Sri Lankan hospitality.

Our guest house features free wi-fi throughout, televisions, mini-bars, a library, plenty of room to relax inside and outside, with indoors and outdoors dining options.

The residential training concept is designed based on the idea that delegates retain more information when they train in a relaxed training environment.  So, we run a range of training courses under both our Fire Dragon Adventures & Fire Dragon Coaching brands offering training and coaches for small groups in a dress-down, totally relaxed environment.  Trainings include Certified NLP Training, Coaching & Diving Holidays, Yoga & Coaching Holidays, Personal Empowerment Programmes, Personal Branding Programmes, Leadership Skills & Other Business Trainings.

We also offer Health & Beauty Training in association with Sasa Bogue & Bodyworks UK.

Our residential training centre is also available for hire if you’re a trainer looking for a small and relaxed training environment to host your programme.  We make all the arrangements for you, so all you have to do is turn up and train.
