Danoushka 2Dhanushka – Front Of House Manager

Dhanushka is the host with the most and nothing is ever too much trouble.  Dhanushka has worked in hospitality for the last 10 years in both Negombo and Colombo and he loves chatting to guests.  He will wow you with his napkin folding skills and he’ll sing you a song if you’re ready for a blast.  Dhanushka is married and has a young baby boy so if he looks sleepy it’s because he’s getting up in the night to feed a little one!  If you’re taking part in one of our Fire Walks, Dhanushka will be one of the first in line to show you how it’s done – the Sri Lankan way!

Jayantha – Chef

Jayantha - Head Chef Fire Dragon Guest HouseJayantha has a wealth of experience in the kitchen an he speaks good English.  He has worked in 5 star hotels in and around Negombo for the last 25 years.  He cooks the best Sri Lanka rice and curry in town and he’s designed a mouthwatering menu with a wide range of Western, Sri Lankan and Asian food to keep your tastebuds tempted throughout your stay.

Jayantha spends time with his children and grandchildren when he’s enjoying his days off.  If you ask him about his family you’re guaranteed a smile.

 

Agith 2Ajith – Chef & Operations Manager

Ajith looks after our House Keeping.  He’s so discreet you often won’t know he’s there!  Ajith has worked in hospitality for the last 7 years and his obsession with clean bathrooms brings joy to our clients and management alike.  His attention to detail is so extreme that we believe he has OCD and we love it!  Ajith is currently taking lessons to improve his English and he wants all the practice he can get so if you fancy a chat, he’s your man!

 

 

KishoKisho – House Keeping

Kisho is like the speeding demon.  Blink and you’ll miss him!  He works with Ajith to keep the guest house and gardens clean and tidy.  He is from tea country so if you have any questions about the area he’ll be happy to help!

The optional 10% service charge we add to our bills goes only to the staff.  If you’d like to thank them further they’re always grateful of extra rupees.
